Ron’s Raspberry Dessert
This is enough for a 9X13 pan.
If using an 8×8 pan divide the quantities in half.
12 oz. raspberry jello
2 cups boiling water
2 cups applesauce
20 oz. raspberries
4 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups (16) oz. sour cream
Dissolve the jello in the pan with the hot water.
Mix in the applesauce.
Mix in the raspberries.
If they are frozen, they will help the jello set-up faster.
Mix the marshmallows and sour cream.
Apply to the top after the jello has set.
